Formerly a milk bar linked with local Mill Farm Dairy (1938) and later, from 1955, was Edwards Greengrocer. Information about earlier owners sent in March 2023 by Roger Powell of Huntingdale, Western Australia:

"This shop was built in 1937 by Mr Clark. My Grandfather Mr. Algie Powell bought this house / shop at this time and it was called Rogerville. At this time my grandfather also owned Mill Farm Dairy in St. Marys Road until Nov 1942 when he sold it to the Co-Op in Portsmouth on his retirement. I lived in this house from 1938 until 1954. My grandfather sold this house / shop to Mr Edwards the Greengrocer in 1955. The shop opened in 1938 as a Milk Bar run by my mother Doris Powell."
